Rejections and executions of approvals are stuck

Cannot reject and execute approvals anymore

It happens to me like the guy in other thread, there was an error when we wanted to approve an erroneous proposal, and we rejected it. Then, there was a signature left to reject that does not allow us to reject it, it is signed with any other wallet but it is not rejected, and now it does not let us execute the rest of the approvals.

The one to reject:
