Defender Multisig - Bug in executing a rejection

Hey,

I was trying to execute a rejection, but the I'm getting a weird errors when I try to reject (attached screenshots). Currently we cannot do any other actions using this Multisig as it says pending proposals needs to be resolved first. We cannot migrate to a new multisig unless it is resolved, kinda bricked now. Can you look into this issue ASAP please?
