We have 3 approvals stuck, none can be executed with This proposal cannot be executed right now because there are older pending transactions in the Gnosis Safe. error.

For other users getting to this thread: one of the proposals had been created with a nonce that was not sequential with the previous one. We manually deleted the proposals and had the @playsnook team recreate them, what fixed the issue. In parallel, we're working to determine the cause for the skipped nonce.

we have another bug in Admin.

I'm facing similar issue. I think that's because I already had a pending tx in gnosis safe and then rejected it. But gnosis safe wants me to create a new tx overriding the nonce. While on OZ Defender, there doesn't seem to be any way to specify nonce to be used for gnosis safe tx.
