Hello! I created a proposal, and It's giving me the error message: "This proposal cannot be executed right now because there are older pending transactions in the Gnosis Safe."
But I don't have any other pending proposal.

It seems you have a GnosisSafe transaction pending, this pending transaction was created just before the one that is stuck (and seem to have the same parameter ) and has an approval from an address starting with 0x5620, this previous transaction is preventing your proposition from going through. You could look at the "queue" section of your GnosisSafe. If you think this is an error we could manually resolve the nonce mismatch.

This is an error. I didn't create the same transaction before.
I can't find that transaction on your UI.
Also, for future reference: where can I find the "Queue" of my GnosisSafe in your dashboard? Thanks.

The 5th (previous) transaction does not seem to be under Defender administration. You could have access to it here you could reject the transaction there and then you should be able to execute the one in Defender.
