Need a token with 8% tax on sell events

I need a token that has an 8% tax on sell events.
4% needs to go to liquidity
3% needs to go to all token holders
1% needs to go to a contest wallet

NO mint function, contract needs to be clean and pass an audit.

I'm going to need someone to give me instructions after the token launches in order for the taxes to work properly.
