Can not execute proposal in Defender Admin

I m using Defender and Gnosis Safe App

I m having a problem with Defender and Safe app. I m using Defender to management my contracts, my contract owner is my Gnosis Safe MultiSign Wallet. I created proposal in Defender, then its signed with 3/3 signers, but I can not execute it, it was nonce 100. Then I create again another Defender proposal, but nonce already different. to 101. So I go to my Safe Wallet (app.safe.global) to see if I can execute from there (before I did it sometimes), but I only see my tx 101, not tx 100. And Safe ask me to execute the tx 100 first.

What should I do in this case?

Hi @0xbami could you please provide additional details on what you mean by:

Does Defender provide a link to the Safe app for the tx 100 proposal? Please provide your account's tenantId and a URL link to the proposal for further assistance
