My proposal fall into excuting forever and I can not do anything

I created a proposal of using a multisig to perfoamce an action towards a contract, I used my metamask extension to approve and executed that proposal but it failed in my metamask. But in defender, I only see the proposal is EXECUTING, and I can't do anything.

  • I opened a new proposal, but I can't execute it since it says another proposal is executing
  • on the detail page of the executing proposal, I can't do anything since there is no button for me.
