Hello everyone! I'm working on a personal venture. I'm developing a real estate project and I want to create a smart contract to govern the business. I need a contract that essentially establishes that the initial investors enter and finance the project at a lower cost (with that money being allocated to the construction and development of the property). Once the project is built and completed (or even before), the remaining units of the property will be sold at a final price. Additionally, investors or those who hold a share or token will be able to resell their portion, which will always be linked to a portion of the constructed property. Do you know of any smart contract templates or someone who could assist me with this? Thank you very much. I'm new to this, and I'm really excited about this project.
