Does this contract reward Eth instead of token

Hi guys.

Please I will love to confirm a functionality.
This contract right here I will like to know if it rewards Eth instead of token.
According to what I understand it’s supposed to swap tokens to Eth automatically and sent to the marketing and dev wallet once tokens in contract gets to 10,000.

I’ll need a confirmation from a dev if it’s true.

Also about the taxes is the contract around lines 1008
I will Like to know if 10 here means 10%

I’ve worked with contract where 10 means 1%.
