Withdraw balance bnb from contract to any other address

anyone knows how to transfer a part of balance value from contract address to any user address ?
i am trying to buy item on marketplace : buyer deposit price to marketplace contract -> transfer price in contract address to seller.
i deposited successfully but contract did not transfer price to seller ?
