This forum is not accessible from certain ISPs

To OpenZeppelin Forum admins,

Are you aware that this forum is not accessible from certain ISPs, IP ranges from India? There is something wrong with the network access of your infra. I had to use VPN or use different ISP to access the forum.

Thanks for letting us know about this, it was definitely unintentional. We had blocked the IPs of accounts that were posting spam.

Please try again and let us know if it's accessible!

Still not able to access from my ISP. This is the network range for my ISP. Using VPN to post this message.

I don't know that it's an issue with our configuration because we have no more blocked IP addresses. And that particular IP range was not blocked in the rules we had previously either.

I've added the range you shared as an explicit Allow rule.
