Issuing Token SafeMoon Fork Issue

Hello Everyone,
I need help for issue token fork of SafeMoon, I’m crating token as per this tutorial https://docs.binance.org/smart-chain/developer/issue-BEP20.html but unable to crate because this is showing interface IERC20 and i’m unable to create , please help how i can create ? below is the socurce code link:
