according to the contract itself the total fees is 12% and the contract you used has build in protected to prevent you going above 15%
Did you modify the the contract in some way to change the functionality?

To change fees after deployment you can call the functions:

setTokenRewardsFee
setLiquiditFee
setMarketingFee
