Erc721 was created but does not appear in wallet

Hello all. First, I am a noob so your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Second, my goal: a Factory which can mint and send an NFT.

My block explorer shows a transaction was made but metamask does not register the custom token. I'm not sure if my solidity code is wrong, or metamask is misconfigured, or I am missing something deeper (very likely).
