Couldn't see my test ETH on my Metamask wallet balance

I got funds to my Metamsk wallet from Rinkeby Authenticated Faucet to my testnet account and the transaction was sent successfully (can see on https://rinkeby.etherscan.io/) also see on my wallet as receive below the balance but wallet balance is still 0 ETH.

Anybody knows how can I fix this problem? I need a test eth to move on but couldn't do anything at the moment.

Hi, are you sure the transaction has been confirmed?
Could you please share the transaction hash?

I reinstalled my Metamask wallet and it shows my test ETH in my balance now.
