Verification of UUPS proxy

Failed to verify ERC1967Proxy contract at 0x60bcF6264F6d82D884699924Ab3D2104DE834A4d: Bytecode does not match with the current version of ERC1967Proxy in the Hardhat Upgrades plugin.

What can be the possible solution for above issue? I have deployed the proxy from remix and selected deploy proxy checkbox.
