When creating an instance of the Fallout level of ethernaut I repeatedly get the following error
Unable to retrieve level instance! Please check gas amount and try again.,Error: Transaction was not mined within 50 blocks, please make sure your transaction was properly sent. Be aware that it might still be mined!
I’m not sure how to proceed and/or how to debug the issue. What would prevent a transaction on the rinkeby test network from being mined?
