It's in testnet. Without my knowledge the contract address changed. Please anyone have knowledge about this help me
That doesn't make any sense, but in any case, there is no way to determine your "old contract address" based on your "new contract address".
If you specify both of them, then someone here might be able to shed some light on your issue.

Both links actually points to the same contract address
Look at the profile summary of the first url
This is the same contract, browsed via "https://mumbai.polygonscan.com/token" in one case, and via "https://mumbai.polygonscan.com/address" in another case.
