I am importing a contract for Celo Alfajores that is already verified in Celoscan but apparently Defender is using https://explorer.celo.org so the automatic ABI discovery fails in Defender. It would be great to make the blockchain explorer per network configurable so we can point Defender to Celoscan to retrieve ABIs for Celo and Alfajores.

Or just add support for Celoscan - whichever is easier 
We have started verifying in Sourcify so this change is not an issue for us anymore but it'd be nice to have the OZ upgrade plugin support Sourcify verification.
