How to create a proposal using on-chain governance

I'm trying to create a simple DAO. Which allows the following.

  1. On-chain governance, allow proposal to the DAO, which will be a list of functions and there parameters to execute.

We can use the Wizard to create a Govenor which looks like it can handle those requirements out of the box. My question is.

Is there a simple example or tutorial goin over how to create a proposal from remix?
