Developer Required to create an ERC20 token with following features

I need a Solidity Dev to create an ERC20 token for internal usage with the following features:-

  1. Token holder can only burn token, not transferable to other addresses
  2. Administrator/Owner is transferable and can mint and transfer tokens
  3. A function for admin to send tokens to multiple users at once
  4. Admin/Owner should be able to burn token-holders token
  5. No tokens on deployment, function to mint and send

I have a reserved contract with all the features, but since the contract is not verified and reversed, so can’t use it.
