Uniswap v2 cannot add liquidity with error "execution reverted: TransferHelper: TRANSFER_FROM_FAILED"

I have deployed a token on mainnet at:

0x44140c12C92FB8E475C8b70221F29cAe2daBCD34

My problem is that I have already liquidity but when I try to add liquidity again I see this error in console.

My contract is already verified:

 * We have followed general OpenZeppelin Contracts guidelines: functions revert

 *
 * Additionally, an {Approval} event is emitted on calls to {transferFrom}.
 * This allows applications to reconstruct the allowance for all accounts just
 * by listening to said events. Other implementations of the EIP may not emit
 * these events, as it isn't required by the specification.
 *
 * Finally, the non-standard {decreaseAllowance} and {increaseAllowance}

 * allowances. See {IERC20-approve}.

I have tried approving the router and pair addresses but there is no difference. What am I missing?

The same contract on testnet goerli does not have this issue as i tested.

There is no failed add liquidity transaction and you didn’t link any transaction or posted the exact command you executed.
As the router didn’t record any failed add liquidity transaction it seems like you are not calling the correct function on the correct smart contract.l but due to the missing information we can net help you further.

I tried to add liquidity by creating pool on the uniswap website.

I cannot submit the transaction as there is an error in the console as i pasted above.

bro how did you fixed aı gettıng same error

ok, I've seen this error many times, could mean a few things, but first, was your contract tested on a testnet?

If you're still have trouble, feel free to send me a telegram message @lodromo, and we can take a look into it. Unfortunately there is almost definitely something wrong within the code, and sorry you verified it, but you'll likely need to go back change it, test it, and re-deploy it.
