Transferring tokens from contract

So I sent usdt to a wallet address that turned out to be a smart contract that moved them to a wallet I can't get access to and the two times I tried transferring them out , I got confirmation of incoming to my wallet but nothing showed up there and it shorted me 10percent of the original amt in the wallet putting that 10 percent into another wallet. Here is the contract. Would my tokens be retrievable ?I deleted the first line

@Forlines78 Can you link to addresses of the wallet and tx hash on etherscan?

You description is really hard to read. You have a single sentence that span over 4 lines. Please try to be clearer. If you want us to be able to provide support, please help us help you.

Alright I apologise. A couple of months ago someone showed me an investment platform, which turned out to be a scam. However, the money I invested was in usdt and upon transferring it to this website btc6228.com to an acct I had opened on the site , I realized there was no actual wallet I had any control over. I then attempted to withdraw my funds and was denied. I tried again and was denied again but my funds simply didn't reappear onto my balance. I traced the funds to the actual wallet address where they remain there still. Every time I've tried to interact with this address results in some of the funds being moved to someone else's wallet and lost.so I've stopped trying to interact with it and they stay. I've made several attempts to contact the email addresses on the website each time I get a response wanting me to put up the same amount that's in the wallet to get the contents back, or they just say no. There are no disclaimers on the site saying they can do this and I think the site is in China somewhere because it's a bitfinex contract I unknowingly I interacted with which I shouldn't have been able to from u.s. anyways. Can I please have some assistance with this because it's causing me a lot of grief. I'm disabled very limited income and can't risk living outside this long. It's taken this much time just to respond to you.

This is clearly a scam, and he's attempting to deceive you into investing more funds. The money that has already been taken is essentially unrecoverable. What you can do now is refrain from giving him any more money.

Right but the money I sent is mostly still there.
This is the one thing that I find most criminal about crypto currency, when everyone knows the person committed some form of fraud by scamming, and no one will do anything about it it's in fact honestly encouraged at that point if you ask me. Any real financial institution would have no problems pulling that out of the scammers acct and shutting their account down completely, especially with obvious confirmations. This is the one inevitable result of crypto currency. Thieves will eventually steal it all and governments will ban it and there's just one more huge step in the complete downfall of society.
I would consider ethical hacking taking all of the criminals funds returning whatever was recovered to their original wallets minus fees of course, and if there's anything left, pooling to assist in the upgrading of security measures. You are after all taking the rolls of the bankers and all others under their employ. You need to help your customers and stop allowing the criminals to rob people or else your no better, even worse actually than they are.
