I developed an upgradeable contract using hardhat+openzeppelin. The proxy contract that deployed the contract executed initialize normally. The owner address needs to be initialized during initialize, but the logic contract's initialize was not initialize

It depends on the logic of your implementation contract. So I'm not sure that would be a problem
