Am I able to set up a proxy contract to change an address on the payment splitter as the contract owner, I have a few eth sitting in a contract to an address in which I wish to change?

Seems like a pretty common way to circulate phishing links.
They first create new accounts and post random questions, then they reply from another account with malicious links.
I've also noticed a few telegram IDs being posted, potentially scams.
