I want to make a Deflationary ERC20 with burn rate 2%

Hello, I want to make a deflationary coin in ETH which has 2% burn rate in each transaction which goes every time to holders( distributed) and I can pause the burn process when I want ( the owner )
Please I want help, I am new to the space and I don't know how to process this... I have search a lot forums and I have nothing founded.
Thanks, in advance.
I have already writted this, but you know there is a lot of functions that I couldn't find how to write those.
Thanks, in advance.

hey @coinguy,
did you checked rfi tokens? I suggest to check https://reflect-contract-doc.netlify.app/ to understand its logic first and then look at this https://reflect.finance/

Nice. My question is what If I want to stop the mechanism of RFI. suppose that I don't want to have fees in the transfers for a certain period and I want some function maybe pause and start. What could I write?
I copy paste the contract of reflect finance but how can I write a function which I could stop the fees so the 90% won't going to original receiver, so the 10% of fee will not be part
Thanks, in advance.

i suggest to declare the fee globally like this:uint256 tax = 10; and then add a function to edit this value.

function setTax(uint256 _tax) external onlyOwner{
     tax = _tax;
}

This just to give you an idea

I try to write this by setting fee to 1 like having 99% and only 1% in fees reflecting. Now I try to write this function you told me, so I could stop the mechanism of reflection whenever I want. A warning appears in the contract. How can I write this with the correct form and this idea contract could work.
Thanks, in advance.

I want to desable the fees just for the presale phase
Thanks, in advance.

If this would be in practise I want to be this by address.
For example when I want to send some tokens in some address and I want this address to except from fees.
Thank you very much for the incredible job you give generously in the people

To fix you have to rplace "pure" with "view"

Just set fees to 0

I will try it thank you very much in advance.
