Help adding an 1hr timelock on sells for a basic contract on solidity 8.4. also

Hi! I'm new to this and have a very basic understanding. I'm looking to create a token that has a 1hr sell timelock, and that's burnable and mintable. Also I would like to add a percentage of taxes for-- transactions, redistribution, & percentage toward liquidity.
