Hello, I tried Wizard to build this contract and looking for help to understand what's happening

I want to create this token, on polygon and I deployed it successfully on testnet mumbai.
it didnt provide me the initial supply , And i dont know how to add role after deplyment , And unable to mint.
I tried so many things.

Did you call the initialize function?

Note that you selected options to create an upgadeable contract but I don't think you deployed it in an upgradeable way! Upgradeable contracts have to be deployed with a proxy. See our upgradeability resource list on our docs.
