// where `dividendCorrectionOf(_user)` is updated whenever `balanceOf(_user)` is changed:
// `dividendCorrectionOf(_user) = dividendPerShare * (old balanceOf(_user)) - (new balanceOf(_user))`.

Hi, welcome to the community!
It seems like when you deploy the contract ButterflySHIELD
, it will mint some token the owner, so its total supply is not zero, maybe you can share the contract address.
How to see those minted token because I don't see them ...when I add in metamusk it shows zero tokens minted
Which function is not in good ..because everytime I tried to deploy it mint zero tokens
I am not sure how did you deploy your contract, so I want the contract address to have a look.
And I think when you deploy your contract, you should choose the correct one to deploy rather than use the default one.
Thanks for supporting
Can you help me where should I exactly edit and deploy
I need to edit name of contract
Symbol
Decimal
And supply only
And try again to deploy if total supply will be minted
0x8397E6Cbed1b450A217591ccfb004B8d66A429e5
This is contract in testnet
It doesn't display name, symbol and total supply ...help please
You can have a look at your contract, it is the Ownable
contract, so it does not have the variable name
and symbol
Contract Address 0x8397E6Cbed1b450A217591ccfb004B8d66A429e5 | BscScan
Make sure you are deploying the correct contract, which is ButterflySHIELD in this example.
How to change contract to be able to see name and symbol and total supply
Okay let me try again ...did it shows name and supply in your side ??
Hello I tried again to deploy ...now symbol and name is displaying as normal ...problem is total supply is reading zero
Help how to solve this
Use the flattener, flatten the contract after it comples. You will be instructed exactly how to save the flattened contract file. When you go to deploy the contract. Make sure it says your contract with the _flat.sol in the modal box, if not select it from the drop do menu. It might not deploy as the contract in abstract. If the abstract modifier doesn’t not agree with the constructor on chain. It is possible that is won’t launch.
Lastly, I hope that you changed all those hard codes wallet addresses that are in this forked contract. If you did not you could end up giving away whatever DEFI rugpull you are trying to launch. Be careful when copying and pasting contracts. You should understand what the contract does and how to read said contract. Visit Ethereum.org /read.the.docs. Essentially you would be pulling a rugpull on yourself if you leave at the wallet addresses that you do not have custody to. I hope you know, that you will have to deploy a DAPP to control the functions of the token externally. Doing this from inside Remix is not advisable. If none of this is making sense, you should kindly and respectfully educate yourself before playing in the remix sand box. Launch a few simple smart contracts in the test net. You can find many great follow along videos on YouTube. Please be responsible this is a DEFI project that you are planning on launching. You should be serious, have a team, understand that this is the future not away to fill your wallet with investors hard earned money. If you are asking all these questions , there is no reason for you to be forking a token, that a Master Chef Dev worked tirelessly on.
You deployed an ERC20 token and it does not mint new token to anyone, so the totalSupply is zero.
totalSupply have to be amount * the decimal of the token, else, it wont show the supply amount correctly.
