After the set up on Keep3r setup on Defender, unfortunately all my transaction were beaten by other workers and I got not work done and sadly, on top of that about .34 of ETH is stuck in limbo now with ‘Warning! Error encountered during contract execution [Out of gas]’ as error.

I have no clue if I can get them back or how to get them back. Any help in fetching them back is greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry you didn’t have success winning jobs.
From Etherscan you appear to currently have 0.072557344 Ether and 2.1 KP2R.
To leave the Keeper network you can do the following:

You can then Withdraw tokens and funds from your Relayer:

I was wondering if there is a way I can get back he 0.34 eth lost/stuck on failed transactions.

The relayer only has 0.072557344 Ether and 2.1 KP2R.
Unfortunately I assume the 0.34 Ether was spent on trying to win jobs on the Keeper network and has been paid to miners to include your transactions in blocks.
