 * @dev Implementation of the {IERC20} interface.
 *
 * This implementation is agnostic to the way tokens are created. This means
 * that a supply mechanism has to be added in a derived contract using {_mint}.
 * For a generic mechanism see {ERC20PresetMinterPauser}.
 *
 * TIP: For a detailed writeup see our guide
 * https://forum.openzeppelin.com/t/how-to-implement-erc20-supply-mechanisms/226[How
 * to implement supply mechanisms].
 *
 * We have followed general OpenZeppelin Contracts guidelines: functions revert
 * instead returning `false` on failure. This behavior is nonetheless
 * conventional and does not conflict with the expectations of ERC20
 * applications.
 *
 * Additionally, an {Approval} event is emitted on calls to {transferFrom}.
 * This allows applications to reconstruct the allowance for all accounts just
 * by listening to said events. Other implementations of the EIP may not emit
 * these events, as it isn't required by the specification.
 *
 * Finally, the non-standard {decreaseAllowance} and {increaseAllowance}
 * functions have been added to mitigate the well-known issues around setting
 * allowances. See {IERC20-approve}.

  • The verification app assumes that you have compiled your contract with solc 0.8.9; is that really the case? FYI, the latest version is 0.8.19

Check your compiler's version. You wrote: pragma solidity 0.8.0;
and on verify time you wrote pragma solidity 0.8.9;

change it to the pragma solidity of 0.8.0;
This will help you :slight_smile:

There's no pragma solidity 0.8.0 anywhere.

There's pragma solidity ^0.8.0, and there's a big difference between the two.

Hello Kindly check the code he provided. In the source code, he wrote pragma solidity 0.8.0, and in the last of it, he wrote pragma solidity 0.8.9. So if we change that 9 to 0, it will help this same code that I verified to check that issue.
This is the same code I deployed and verified..

I've searched pragma solidity 0.8.0 in this post, and I found it only in your responses (and subsequently in mine)...
