Error npm install @openzeppelin/upgrades@2.4.0

I am getting error when trying to install/access upgrades/initializable.sol

command:
npm install @openzeppelin/upgrades@2.4.0

error:

npm ERR! code ETARGET
npm ERR! notarget No matching version found for @openzeppelin/upgrades@2.4.0
npm ERR! notarget In most cases you or one of your dependencies are requesting
npm ERR! notarget a package version that doesn't exist.

I suggest using the latest version of @openzeppelin/upgrades which is 2.5.2

@openzeppelin/upgrades started at version 2.5.0.

@openzeppelin/upgrades was previously zos-lib (see Announcing the OpenZeppelin SDK)

zos-lib last version was 2.4.2

Where did you find install @openzeppelin/upgrades@2.4.0? As this should be updated.
