Deploying ERC1820Registry on Polygon Amoy and other networks?

Hello everyone!

I would like to deploy an ERC1400 on Polygon Amoy which requires the prior deployment of ERC1820Registry (0x1820a4B7618BdE71Dce8cdc73aAB6C95905faD24).

On all networks, address 0xa990077c3205cbDf861e17Fa532eeB069cE9fF96 is ERC1820Registry's CONTRACT CREATOR.

Is it possible to contact the creator to deploy ERC1820Registry on Polygon Amoy?
