Contract creation code storage out of gas in mainnet

Hello all, trying to deploy a contract on the mainnet, but I get the error "contract creation code storage out of gas", tried with gas 3000000, 3000000000, 300000000, but the error is the same. Contract code:

Most of all I do not understand why I was able to upload the same contract to goerli, https://goerli.etherscan.io/address/0x7d9db3a612f77eb59a3ea7f0fbb3d997c58402ff#code

Please advise which way to go, because this is not the first time this error appears, but all the last times, after a certain time the deploy was done
Thank you in advance for your help

There are 5 contracts here, which one of them are you referring to?

In any case, the first thing that I would look into if I were you is each one of those hard-coded addresses in your code, which on mainnet vs goerli, may be pointing at a different entity (or perhaps the same entity, but storing a different state):

IOperatorFilterRegistry(0x000000000000AAeB6D7670E522A718067333cd4E);
address constant registry = 0x000000000000AAeB6D7670E522A718067333cd4E;
address constant DEFAULT_SUBSCRIPTION = address(0x3cc6CddA760b79bAfa08dF41ECFA224f810dCeB6);

Same goes for any input address that you pass upon deployment (i.e., to the contract's constructor).

I'm talking about the Test contract, the rest is to block users when selling nft changes royally in opensea. Here is a link to the repository https://github.com/ProjectOpenSea/operator-filter-registry. I tried adding them to the Test contract through import, but the error is the same, that there is not enough gas, although again in testnet is filled with both options.
