# Where do i get merkleproofupgradeable.sol?

As far as I know, there is nothing that prevents working with (importing from) both repositories.

You solved it by mixing `openzeppelin-contracts-upgradeable` v4 and v5?

Not a good idea, see [this answer](https://forum.openzeppelin.com/t/how-to-upgrade-a-contract-deployed-with-version-4-9-0-using-5-0-0-contracts/38463/2) (and there are probably a bunch more around this issue).
