it seems i am stick for hours with Verifying and Publishing my ERC20 Token.

My problem is verifying and publishing. I still have same error after 50 tries maybe :
Error! Invalid constructor arguments provided. Please verify that they are in ABI-encoded format
I am really stuck. If someone has ever a solution please ?
