I verified my contract on bscscan but I want remove some of the comments from the contract and update it there. Is there any way to do this? I tried to use the same method I used to verify but bscscan won’t let me do it again.

I don’t think there is a way to. I searched quite a bit, but could find nothing.
You may just want to make a readme somewhere on github, and let people read that commented code instead.
