Why doesn't OpenZeppelin ERC721 contain setTokenURI?

Hi Team, I am looking at https://github.com/OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts/blob/master/contracts/token/ERC721/ERC721.sol 0.8.0 version. It seems like that it doesn’t contain the function which receives the ipfs hash and metadatauri to set on a token. There was something like this in the previous versions of it.
