Sell all the investor tokens

Hello,

I am trying to create my ERC20 token to fund a project.
However, this project should be sold after few years (1 or 2 years).
I wanted to check if there is a possibility to oblige the different investors to sell all their tokens to the new owner when the project should be sold.
Each investor will receive part of the sale based on their percentage of co-ownership. This finality is the main objective of the token investor.

When creating a token, I generally suggest looking at Points to consider when creating a fungible token (ERC20, ERC777).

For what you are describing you should seek appropriate advice on regulatory compliance (if you haven’t already) as it sounds like you may be looking to sell a security/equity.
