Merkle Tree Generalized Index

Hi to all,

I’m collecting feedback before I create a ERC to normalized the usage of a Merkle Tree with Generalized Index.

The main idea is to implement a library that can serve all the community that can process multi proofs tree with a coordination system (generalized index) in opposition of given all the leaves to the verifier.

Thanks for sharing. I am not that familiar with Merkle Trees so will have to do some reading.
