I followed the ubonding instruction, I tried sending a transaction and in the amount I put my kp3r amount to be unbonded plus the extra decimals as zeros, first I got an error so I tried it without the decimals and it went through but then I saw 0.01 of my bonded kp3r is not showing there anymore, the second time I tried with the decimals as zero as stated in the instruction and which went through but right now I am missing like 0.40 of my kp3r as bonded. Can someone please help me? I have 4 kp3rs bonded now with these two transactions, I can only see 3.59 kp3r as bonded. Is this how it should be or something is wrong?
I also have same question
I am sorry that you are having this issue.
The instructions to bond your relayer are as follows: https://docs.openzeppelin.com/defender/guide-keep3r#bond_your_relayer
Are you able to share your Relayer public Ethereum address so I can check? You can also send this as a message via the forum.
Hi @abcoathup,
Thanks for the reply, I did follow the instruction. However, the part where you put the amount and put 0 for the rest is confusing because one doesn’t know how many zeros are necessary. I did try it again last night, as a result of my previous attempts I had 3.56 kp3r in my account so I put 3560000000 (I don’t know how many zeros) and it worked. I now have 0 kp3r bonded, which means I should wait 14 days until they can be withdrawn. Just as a suggestion it would be nice to have the exact time and date of unbonding available like the keeper.network app. Thank you.
Hey @jtavan! Keep3r token has 18 decimals in its token like ETH so you can use the same tools to convert zeros, e.g., https://eth-converter.com/.
3560000000
would be only 0.00000000356
KP3R. To put 1 KP3R token for the bond you have to provide the following value 1000000000000000000
. Hope it helps!
Thanks @ylv-io, I didn’t know that. I put a lot of zeros so that I could get an error, then removed zeros one by one until it goes through. I just have to wait out the 14-day period to see if I get my 4 kp3rs in my wallet.
@abcoathup Yes I am able to unbond, thanks for your help. I really appreciate your work openzeppeline.
Me too, I could unbond. I just have to wait to see when kp3r would be available for withdrawal. Thank you.
At the end of the 14 days you need to call withdraw
from your relayer. See the documentation for details: https://docs.openzeppelin.com/defender/guide-keep3r#leaving_the_keeper_network
