Is there an exchange on Ethereum that will add a new ERC20 token?

Good morning.
Suppose I create an ERC20 Token. Is there an exchange in the ethereum environnement where i could have it listed just right after the creation ? I heard about EtherDelta but it seems they had some problems recently. And suppose my ICO was not a success… is there a risk that it is not accepted ? Cause then i would have an ERC20 token but could not do anything with it…

I assume that you could add your token to a decentralized exchange such as Uniswap and provide liquidity.

Though for anyone to want to do an exchange for your token, the token should have a purpose and users should have a need to use your token. I suggest looking at Points to consider when creating a fungible token (ERC20, ERC777)
