How to fix: Found a duplicate Safe nonce when syncing. Please sign a new approval

Hello,

I'm getting this error with a gnosis multisig proposal on Mumbai:

"Found a duplicate Safe nonce when syncing. Please sign a new approval."

How do I fix this? How do I sign a new approval? Every time I click Approve the same thing happens.
