Goerli - NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource

Hi

I'm receving this error when I try to approve a proposal for a smart contract in Goerli.

"NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource."

I'm using one of the owner accounts for the multisig that can execute the proposal.

Can you help me please?
