Does OpenZeppelin Network.js work inside Docker?

Hi @PradhumnaPancholi,

I created a separate topic Can Network.js work in a Docker container and answered there on Network.js.

I wasn’t sure what GCP was (Google Cloud?) or why you needed to wrap your app in docker?
