Hello!

I have an upgrade proposal for a Mumbai multisig pending on defender, and I'm getting this error when trying to approve it:

I found a previous topic with the same problem: How to fix: Found a duplicate Safe nonce when syncing. Please sign a new approval , but solution is not posted there.

Hello @Aleksandr, I've just checked and the problem is still happening on the Mumbai's Upgrade proposals.

Have you tried creating the same proposal again, if that works, we could remove the old proposal on our end. At least this would unblock you for now, while we investigate what happened.
