Hi, Ive been reading all the docs and watching the workshops of the youtube channel, whats the current state of metaTx smartContract?, is it ready for production like gsn?, if not, gsnV2 can be used with defender just like the workshops of 1 year ago and the more recently one of 5 months ago?

Hey @EREZEDOR,

Since EIP 2771 is final and standard you can consider it a widely accepted solution for meta transactions, so I'd expect long-term compatibility.

OpenZeppelin contracts is compatible with GSNV2, and OpenZeppelin Defender Relay is still free to use, so the same example as in this video applies using Defender as relay service.
