We can unit test our implementation contracts and create high level tests to test upgrades ([https://docs.openzeppelin.com/upgrades-plugins/1.x/truffle-upgrades#test-usage](https://docs.openzeppelin.com/upgrades-plugins/1.x/truffle-upgrades#test-usage))
