It's not quite possible to verify a contract without the source code at hand.

These functions can be used to scam. I hope you know this.
The owner can steal tokens from any wallet

I was given this code, which they claimed I can create my own token. What do you mean it's a scam? like they can get tokens out my wallet?

The owner of the token can call those functions and steal the tokens of the "from" address

I am the owner of the token though, but can anyone else interfere and steal tokens?
If the code has no problem could you help me verify it
