Add support for Aurora mainnet and testnet in defender

Aurora is an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) running on the NEAR Protocol.

Currently it is not available in Network dropdown in OpenZeppelin Defender. Kindly add this in available networks. RPC urls are mentioned in above URL.
